Online Training Terms of Use for Website Purchase

The Online Training Terms of Use (‘TOU’) defined in this document are provided by Jodi Baglien Aromatherapy, LLC (‘Jodi Baglien’).  Your purchase of Online Training via https://www.jodibaglien.online means that you and your organization (‘Client’) accept and agree to comply with the TOU as defined in this document.

TERMS OF USE DEFINITION

• You are purchasing a limited use license to access the Online Training.
• Online Training materials are the intellectual property of Jodi Baglien. No ownership rights are conveyed to the Client.
• Online Training is designated for use ONLY within the Client facility location where you are employed at the time of purchase.
• Online Training is not transferable to another facility, person, or organization.
• Online Training materials may not be recorded, reproduced, shown to, used by, or sold to any other facility, person, or organization. Doing so will result in termination of your access to Online Training.
• Access to Online Training is provided to the Client at their facility location for a period of 2 years with negotiable options to renew.
• Access to Online Training by former Client employees or Client contractors / consultants is not permitted.
• Jodi Baglien does not guarantee any specific therapeutic or clinical results or outcomes.
• Jodi Baglien is not liable for adverse product reactions, misuse, misapplication, or unintended / unanticipated outcomes or patient reactions.
